Unemployment is much higher than when Obama took office.....Iran is still building nuclear bombs.....Libya is murdering their citizens......Health care is costing more than it ever has.....taxes are going up......gas is going up......the deficit is larger than we could ever imagine....North Korea is still a threat......the Taliban is unconquered........unions are out of control.....business is suffering......Obama seems to have no clue what to do about anything!

Obama had far less understanding of government than Bush had.....as was said by Democrats who ran against him.....Obama is not ready to be President. We can see they were right!

How do liberals stand by, or explain their Messiah?

If he's not ready to be President as you say then I think his on the job training will help him immensely in his second term.

This is a simple attempt to get hits. Logic can't even agree with himself.

Article......Health care is costing more than it ever has

Comment 2-1 ...Health care has not gone up because Obama's grand plan is not in effect yet

Did health care go up or not?

TryUsingLogic, You might want to read what you wrote before you respond to comments. This is your show but don't expect to make enough to pay for the lights.

Unemployment is much higher than when Obama took office

If I recall we were losing jobs at a clip of 700,000 a month when Bush handed over the job. Plus the stock market is up about 80% from the same time.

Iran is still building nuclear bombs

Actually they are trying to build one... not still building, and with much difficulty recently.

Libya is murdering their citizens......

And this relates to Obama how exactly?

Health care is costing more than it ever has.....

It's been going up for decades, with many millions not covered. Mine actually did not go uo for the first time this year.

taxes are going up......

Everyone got a break in personal income tax and the Bush tax cuts were extended.

gas is going up......

Thanks big oil and republicans. When it surpasses what it was in 2008 let me know.

You know, enough of this. You article is nonsense. Have a nice day.

Thanks big oil and republicans. When it surpasses what it was in 2008 let me know.

Your answer is nonsense.

Obama had all the answers....the stock market will recover for a while because of our strengths as a free market nation...Health care has not gone up because Obama's grand plan is not in effect yet and more and more states are asking for waivers.......the evil dictators that enslave and murder their people will not go away because of Obama's charm........the Bush tax cuts were extended because they made more sense than Obama's rhetoric........you are in denial......Obama is a dead ringer for a Jimmy Carter one term presidential experience!

You know....you just don't get it.......

Iran is still building nuclear bombs

And actually a joint US/Israel computer warfare operation using the Stuxnet worm resulted in delaying the Iran nuclear capability.

Health care is costing more than it ever has

We had open enrollment for our health insurance at work last month and my insurance went up a whole 63 cents per pay period, plus the lifetime limit is now gone. That is the smallest increase I've seen in more than 15 years!!!

"Arrogance...?" Hmm, weren't conservatives criticizing Obama last year for going on an international "Apology" tour??

As far as I know, other than two celebrities, no one on the left have ever considered him the "Messiah;" in fact, he is too conservative and tries too hard to be bi-partisan for most Progressive Liberals - rather like a black Bill Clinton (although he seems to have managed to keep his pants on).

But, you're quite correct: in two years he has failed to wave the Magic Wand and resolve all problems that were a decade and more in the making. I'm sure that any Republican in the White House would have solved each and every problem facing us, and we would be greeted by people around the world with flowers and cheap oil, and that Jesus would personally bless the earthly Republican Messiah.

Correct. In 8 years GWB didn't do a damn thing about them

the deficit is larger than we could ever imagine..

And the republicans believe we should solve that by reducing revenue. Genius! I'm not sure why you would blame the failures of the republican party and their clueless leaders on Mr Obama.

Were You Truly Interested In Logic ...

You'd check your premises. Even with a structurally valid argument (you know -- major premise and minor premise, connected with a middle term. etc.), you will still not arrive at a correct conclusion IF your premise(s) is/are incorrect.

Unions out of control? Unions were at near useless state, until the fascistic Walker thankfully revived them.

Speaking of arrogance, you ooze hubris from your every pore. Don't you.

Where?

Out of Iraq, and soon, out of Afghanistan! Out of the Bush Financial collapse, out of a hateful, "Don't ask, Don't Tell policy." There's more, but that's enough to undo your argument. I am looking forward to President Obama's second four years.

He has done much of what I elected him to do. I wish he could do more but he has too much opposition from corporate interests.

The problem with Obama from most progressives viewpoint is that he is too much of a centrist. He's not progressive enough.

From what I have seen, facts are cumbersome for many on the right as well as the definition of balanced sources. Your opinions are just that, and most of what you cite is generic and indeed could apply to whoever is in the White House.

Choosing Obama and then overlooking his poor performance is foolish. One has to be in denail to cling to him. Massive government spending and regulation is not the answer to America's problems. While I'm cooling off, do you think Michael Moore's continuing socialist jargon would be better for America?

America became great through freedom, democracy and capitalism. Obama does not understand that.....neither to you?

                  You sure about that?

Surely you are not indicating here that you admire Biden?

Wow, you must be psychic. *sarc*

It's a little hard to tell when you come in the anti-Obama paranoia.

Paranoia? I wish Obama was doing better for America! I am judging him as others are for his inablility to perform and understand our problems. But Big Government and Bigger Spending than Bush is not going to solve our problems. The paranoia on this blog is from liberal's blindly supporting a failed President. Today his support from independents dropped 10 points to 37% favorable. Fortuanately America is more in the hands of the middle.... not the extreme left or right! I am not paranoid, but hopeful that we will find a better President!

He's trying. He's under a lot of pressure from both sides.

Then why don't you run. You know the old saying - If you want something done right, you've got to do it yourself.

That is dodging the issue....Obama is failing at his job! Everyone seems to know it except those who can't face it!

You didn't cool off like I told you to, did you? Maybe you should take an extra long nap this time.
